Forsyths Spreads Joy this Christmas with their Build a Bike for Charity Initiative

Forsyths recently celebrated its annual Firm Day, by blending team building with community giving. The unique event brought together teams from their five regional locations to assemble 15 bicycles from scratch, each destined to bring holiday cheer to families in need. The initiative, along with the annual contributions of the Forsyths Foundation, reflects Forsyths' ongoing commitment to the communities in which they live and work.

The Forsyths team enthusiastically took on the challenge of building bicycles during their annual Firm Day, creating not only a sense of camaraderie among team members, but also 15 heartfelt gifts for distribution to local charities.
This year's recipients include:

  • Armidale: New England Support Service
  • Inverell: The Salvation Army
  • Tamworth: Tamworth Family Support Services
  • Gunnedah: Gunnedah Family Support
  • Coonabarabran: Rotary Club of Coonabarabran

Recognising the unique challenges some families face during the festive season, Forsyths hopes that these bikes will add a touch of joy to the lives of 15 children in the region. Andrew Kirk, Managing Principal at Forsyths, expressed, "Firm Day was not only a day for our team to connect with each other but to make a meaningful contribution to our communities. In recognising the challenges some families face during the festive season, we believe in doing what we can to bring joy where it matters most."
